It is important for us to give our customers and the customers of our customers, the same level of listening and service that we expect from our own suppliers.

Therefore we make all efforts to respond quickly to all questions  (phone assistance), to respect the agreed delivery times, to provide the promised level of quality, to announce and explain the events that may temporarily justify a different service, etc.

We also offer many other services to our customers as :

  • Our after-sales service is available to reply to end-user applicators by giving them the best technical advices based on our jobsite experience
  • We provide via our website and on request all available technical and normative descriptions related to our products.
  • In case of major professional projects (> 500M ²) on contract market, we provide on-site technical  assistance to start the work itself and to check the level of knowledge and train the people if needed.
  • We visit customers shop periodically to train their sales advisers to our products and application techniques.
  • We provide as paid service any specific form of PLV and ILV included demonstration panels showing how to aplly more complex products.
  • It happens that we reproduce on test walls, the specific situation and problem encountered by a customer, related to our products and techniques, and that we never met before.
